Last week was week 12 and MY BIRTHDAY!!! I was in New York to visit my Grandma, and to go dress shopping with my mother.
I did not get a photo of me for this week, but I got some lovely photos of me in my to be dress, that unfortunately I can not post because my groom to be looks at my blog.
In other excitement, I bought a pair of size 12 pants. I can't zip them yet, but they were 5 dollars and by Fall I have full intentions of them being baggy.
While at the dress shop I fit pretty nicely into a size 10 dress. it had a corseted back and it almost closed completely. WooHoo!
BTW I did say yes to a dress!

20 Pounds!!!!!!!!!!
WOO HOOO!!!!! I'VE LOST 20 POUNDS!!!!!!
Finally after weeks of pounding it at the gym I finally broke my plateau and lost the last 3 pounds I have been waiting for.
I have stepped up my work outs and have been doing a hour on the elliptical and have been pushing myself to make it to the gym for 3 things a day.
Last week I also broke down and got a membership to the Noom Coach App. It really has a great support system. I have been enjoying that form of accountability.

Yet another week of plateau...
I did however get measurements from my Waist Loss Challenge and I lost a total of 6 inches!!!

So my weight loss may have totally stalled this month, but I finally got some encouraging data this evening. In the past month I have lost 1.375 inch on arm... 1 inch on chest. 3 inches on waist .875 inch on hips almost a .25 inch on thigh and half inch on calf.
I kept telling myself the Plateau was because fat was turning into muscle that is denser hence the stall. But it feels great to know there may be truth to my pep talks to myself.
